Lug Investigation
The lug as a node for connection was investigated using the same techniques as the earlier bike material studies. Through mirroring and rotating, a new type of lug with distinct inherent qualities emerged. This new typology was then tested for its ability to aggregate within a field condition, as well as its connective ability.

redefinition: frame

redefinition: brake caliper
In a series of tests, we begin to test the connectivity and limits of the brake caliper through welding and epoxy. These are based on previous collage techniques and more functional connections seen while tinkering.
